2. Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes:
1 Jerk @ 50ish % of Max
3. Every 90 seconds for 8 sets:
2 Jerks
4. As many Rounds as possible in 6 minutes:
12 Squats Holding a slam/med ball
6 Box step over holding ball
3 Ball Ground-to-Over-Shoulder
