Warm up: 10 Kang Squats, 10 Jumping Air Squats, 10 Toes to Bar

1. Every 1:30 minutes for 4 sets:

2 Overhead Squats

Every 1:30 minutes for 4 Sets:

2 Front Squats

Every 1:30 minutes for 4 Sets:

2 Back Squats

2. 4 Rounds for Time:

8 Seated Strict Press

12 Walking Lunges Holding Two Kettlebells

16 Double Unders
