1. Every 2:30 minutes for 4 Sets:
45 Sec KB Overhead Hold + 20 Ball Slams
2. As many Rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
1 Muscle up
5 Box Jumps
1 Push Press + Thruster
5 Burpee Box Jump overs
