Warm up: 2 rounds: 30 Second Pull up bar hang, 30 second plank

1. Every 3 Minutes for 4 Sets (12 minutes total):

2 Minutes on: Farmers Carry down and back the gym with two Kettlebells (accumulate as much distance as possible)

1 Minute off: Rest

2. As many Rounds as possible in 16 minutes:

16 Calorie Row

12 Shoulder to Overhead

8 Burpee Box Jumps
