Warm up: 10 Broad Jumps, 10 Toes to bar, 10 Walking Lunges

Every Minute for 12 Sets of Each: (36 minutes total)

1st Minute: 12 Box Jumps

2nd Minute: 12 / 8 Calorie Bike

3rd Minute: 2 Cleans
