Warm up: 2 Rounds: 8 Single Legged RDL, 8 Jumping Air Squats

1 . Every 3 Minutes for 5 Sets:

1 Front Squats + 5 Back Squats

@ 90% of your max Front Squat

2 . 6 Rounds for time:

12 Pull ups

8 Thrusters @ 75 / 53

4 Box Jump Overs @ 30″ / 24″
