Warm up: 3 Rounds: 8 Push ups, 8 Sit ups, 8 Air Squats

1 . Every 2 Minutes for 6 Sets:

3 Push Press + 3 Jerks

2 . 5 Rounds for time:

100 Meter Run

2 Power Clean and Jerks

100 Meter Run

10 GHD Sit ups OR 20 Sit ups
