Warm up: 10 PVC Pull Throughs, 10 Empty bar behind the neck Press, 10 High Jumps Land in Power Clean Position

1 . Every 2 Minutes for alternating sets, 6 Each:

1st Set: 10 Second Handstand Hold + Right # of Handstand Push ups

2nd Set: 2 Power Cleans (touch-n-go reps) *Increase weight as you go

2 . For Time:

24, 12, 6, 12, 24

Double Kettlebell or Dumbbell Overhead Lunge
