1 . Every minute for 10 Minutes:

1 Full Snatch *Increase to a Max for the day

2 . Every 3 minutes for 5 Sets:

1 Full Snatch @ 80-90% of your last Successful Snatch from #1

3 . For Time:

30 Power Snatches @ 50-60% of your last Successful Snatch from #1
