Warm up: 10 PVC Pass Throughts, 30 Second Handstand Hold, 50 FT High Skips, 50FT Karaoke, 50FT Back Petal

1 . Every 1:30 Minutes for alternating sets, 4 Each (12 minutes):

1st Set: 15 Second Handstand Hold + Right # of Handstand Push ups

2nd Set: 100 Meter Run

2 . For Time:

20, 10, 5, 10, 20
