Warm up: 200 meter run / 12 GHD raises / 12 GHD sit ups / 12 Kang squats

  1. Back Squat

2. For time:

50 Double leg mountain climbers

40 Sit ups

30 Pushups

20 Burpees

10 Handstand pushups
