Warm up: 2 Rounds: 6 Hang muscle snatch / 6 Heaving snatch balance / 6 Overhead squats

  1. Every 45 seconds for 8 sets:

1 Power snatch

2. Every minute for 8 sets:

1 Hang Snatch

3. 5 Rounds for time:

10 Pullups

15 Wallballs
