Warm up: Banded rig rows / Banded bicep curls

  1. Weighted pull ups: 5,5,3,3,1,1

2. Strict pullups: 1 set of max reps

3. As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

15 Wallballs

15 Ball slams

15 Medicine ball sit ups
