Warm up: 2 minutes on a thing / 1 minute squat hold / 10 single leg rdl’s

  1. Front Squat: Find 1 rep max

2.  For Time:

10, 8, 6, 4, 2

Hang power cleans (increase weight each set)

*10 Toes to bar after each set
