As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
15 Power Snatches (75/55)
30 Double Unders
Rest 5 minutes
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
5 Shoulder to overhead (115/75)
10 Deadlifts
15 Box Jumps
