Warm up: Dynamic mobility / 200 meter jog / 30 kettlebell swings

  1. Every 5 minutes for 4 sets:

400 meter run

2. 3 Rounds for time:

25 Kettlebell swings

10 Kneeling squat jumps *on to a plate if you can
