WOD Thursday December 3rd

Warm up: 300 meter row / 15 Pushups

  1. Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:

1 minute of max rope climbs

2. For time:

2000 meter row

10 rounds of:

10 sit ups

5 hand release clapping pushups
