Warm up: 3 Rounds: 12 squats / 8 Sit ups / 8 pushups

  1. Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

Odds: Anderson Squats x 3

Evens: Cluster x 1

2. For time:

20 Power cleans

20 Bar facing burpees
