Warm up: 10 Inch Worm Steps, 10 Pullups, 10 Walking Lunges, Empty bar work

As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:

1 Power clean and jerk @ heavy

1 Muscle up

3 Burpees

1 Muscle up
