Warm up: 2 minutes on a thing / 3 Rounds of 5: Snatch balance / Overhead squat / Hang snatch

  1. Every Minute on the minute for 8 minutes:

2. Every Minute on the minute for 6 Minutes:

3. Every Minute on the minute for 4 minutes:

Hang Snatch

4. For time:

30 Calorie Bike

30 Burpees
