WOD Tuesday April 6th

Warm up:  30 Jumping jacks / 20 Pushups / 10 bench dips

  1. Every 2 minutes for 5 sets:

1 Push press + 4 Jerks

2. 3 Rounds for time:

500 meter run

15 GHD Sit ups

15 Burpees
