Warm up: 2 minutes on a thing / 10 Toy soldiers / 30 seconds of butt kickers / 10 GHD Raises

  1. Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

Odd: 2 Front squats ( ascend in weight )

Evens: 12 / 8 Calories on a thing

2. 3 Rounds for time:

10 Shoulder to overhead @ 3/4 bodyweight or so

10 Bar facing burpees
