Warm up: glute ham raise, good mornings, push ups

Every minute on the minute for 40 minutes:

1st minute: Right # of Rope Climbs

2nd minute: 1 Clean and Jerk

3rd minute: Right # of Wall Climbs

4th minute: 2 Deadlifts
