1 . For 5 Sets:

1 Strict Press + 2 Push Press + 3 Jerks

* Increase weight each set

2 . As Many Rounds As Possible in 8 Minutes:

8 Shoulder to Overhead

16 Kettlebell Swings

24 Mountain Climbers
