Warm up: 2 minutes on a bike, push ups, sit ups

For Time:

10 Overhead Squats

80 Double Unders

10 Snatches (add weight to barbell)

40 Pull ups

10 Cleans (add weight to barbell)

20 Box Jumps

10 Deadlifts (add weight to barbell)

10 Handstand Push ups

10 Deadlifts (same weight as last set of deadlifts)

20 Box Jumps

10 Cleans (remove weight from barbell)

40 Pull ups

10 Snatches (remove weight from barbell)

80 Double Unders

10 Overhead Squats (remove weight from barbell)
