1 . Seated Strict Press:

3 Sets of 2

2 . Regular Strict Press:

3 Sets of 2

3 . As many rounds as possible in 14 Minutes:

2 Wall Walks

4 Hang power cleans

6 Handstand push ups

8 box jump overs
