Warm up: Back Extensions, Sit ups, Good Mornings, Push ups

1 . 5 Sets of 3 Reps: Deadlifts

2 . 5 Sets of 3 Reps: Bench Press

3. As Many Rounds As Possible in 12 Minutes:

3 Ground to Overhead

6 Burpee Pull ups

12 Lateral Barbell Jumps
