1 . Back squat: 5 x 2 @ 90%

2 . As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 Minutes:

5 Hang Power Cleans

5 Shoulder to Overhead

10 Lateral barbell jumps (double count)

5 Toes to bar

5 pull ups

10 switch steps (double count)
