Warm up: good mornings, tuck jump into bottom of squat, bear crawls

1 . Every 90 seconds for 10 Sets:

1 clean + 1 Hang clean + 1 jerk

*Increase weight as you go

2 . For Time:

30 clean and jerks

30 Burpees over the bar
