Warm up: Handstand hold, ring pull ups, sit ups

1 . Every 2 Minutes for 6 Sets:

Rope Climb + 1 Set of Handstand push ups

2 . As Many Rounds as Possible in 12 Minutes:

24 Jumping Jacks

12 Kettlebell swings

6 Goblet Squats

3 Overhead Lunges w/ kettlebell
