Warm up: 3 Rounds of: 30 second bike 10 pushups / 10 air squats

As Many Rounds as Possible in 26 Minutes:

*Start with 1 rep each and increase by 1 rep every round until 26 minutes is up

Step overs holding kettlebells or dumbbells

Hang Cluster

Burpee over bar
