2. 8 rounds for time of:

4 Handstand pushups ( deficit if you got em )

6 Deadlifts @ 315lbs

    Hang clean + front squat + jerk 5 x 1 225 235 255 275 285

    3 x 3 power cleans @ 235
    5×2 clean pause pulls @ 315/
    5×2 pause push press 255

    No metcon too fat
