Warm up # 8
1. Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes: Hang power snatch x 2
*Start @ about 70 % of your best full snatch and go up in weight when appropriate.
2. Every 30 seconds for 6 minutes: Hang snatch (full) x 1
*Should be similar weight that you ended up with on the power snatches
3. Havoc loop run for time.
