Warm up: 2 Rounds: 10 Glute-Ham Raise, 30 Sec Handstand Hold

  1. Split Jerk: Find one rep max

2. 4 Rounds for time:

200 Meter Run

20 Bench Press @ 50% your max

20 Glute-Ham sit ups or Regular sit ups
