WOD Thursday March 3rd

Tonight’s Open Announcement! We will be at the gym at 8 p.m. watching it live! Come join us and bring some food or drink to share! And lets do the workout this Friday at the 7 p.m. Class!!!

This Saturday! “Eat Right and Look Good Naked” Challenge ends! See you this Saturday at 10 a.m. We will re-test the workout and get all weights and measurements. Winners will be announced Monday March 7th!

Warm up: 1000 meter Row

  1. 4 Rounds not for time:

10 Glute-ham sit ups ( add weight if you like )

10 Parallette Pass Throughs

2. As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:

50 Double Unders

5 Hang Power Cleans

5 Front Squats

Gymnastics Class:

Warm up: Standard

Skill/Strength:

10 x pike ups

5 x ring hold max

5 x :08-:10 hanging L-sit hold

Workout:

As many rounds as possible in 6 minutes:

6 Shoulder Taps

6 Toes-to-bar

6 Jumping Squats

6 Burpees
