Warm up: 2 rounds: 30 sec plank, 8 push ups
- Bench Press: 6, 6, 6 (Increase weight each set, should end higher than last week)

10 Handstand Push ups
10 Toes to bar
10 Overhead Lunges
10 Broad Jumps
Gymnastics Club:
Warm up: 3 Rounds: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats
Skill/Strength:
- 10 x Max effort Static HS Hold
- 10 x Max effort pull up static hold
- 4 x 4 Weighted pull up
Workout: 3 Rounds:
15 Hang Power Cleans
15 Burpees to a target
