WOD Thursday May 26th

Lots of Events coming up!

Monday is Memorial Day! We will be having only two classes that day. 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.

Warm up: 2 rounds: 30 sec plank, 8 push ups

  1. Bench Press: 6, 6, 6 (Increase weight each set, should end higher than last week)

2. 4 Rounds for time:

10 Handstand Push ups

10 Toes to bar

10 Overhead Lunges

10 Broad Jumps


Gymnastics Club:

Warm up: 3 Rounds: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats


  1. 10 x Max effort Static HS Hold
  2. 10 x Max effort pull up static hold
  3. 4 x 4 Weighted pull up

Workout: 3 Rounds:

15 Hang Power Cleans

15 Burpees to a target
