2. For Time:

800 Meter Run

10 Burpee Pull ups

600 Meter Run

15 Burpee Pull ups

400 Meter Run

20 Burpee Pull ups

300 Meter Run

25 Burpee Pull ups

200 Meter Run

30 Burpee Pull ups

100 Meter Run

*Burpee Pull up: Burpee then jump and pull over the bar, pull up does not have to begin with a dead hang.
