Warm up: 10 Kang Squats, 10 Glute ham raise, 10 Strict toes to bar, 10 Air Squats

  1. Front Squat: 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 @ 95% of your max

2. Back Squat: 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 @ 95% of your max

3. As many Rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Wallballs

10 Ball Slams

15 Sit ups
