Warm up: 500 Meter Row, Then 2 Rounds: 5 Behind the neck Push press (wide grip), 5 Knees to Elbow, 5 Glute Ham Raise
- Behind the neck jerk: 5 x 2 ( 5 Sets of 2 ) Increase weight as you go
2. As many Rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
10 Burpees
15 Wallballs
20 Medball Sit ups
