  1. Every 4 minutes x 3 sets:  35 / 15 lb weighted pullup x max reps No freaking kipping! 

2. For time:

30 Calorie row

15 Burpees

20 Calorie row

10 Burpees

@ the 10 minute mark

50 Wallballs (start with a max set….50?)
