Warm up: Leg swings / Butt kickers / Banded good mornings

  1. Super set x 4:

Parallette Passthroughs  x 12

Glute Ham raise x 12

2. As many rounds as possible in 10 Minutes of:

200 Meter row

20 Kettlebell swings

20 Sit ups
