WOD Tuesday August 25th

Warm up: 2 rounds: 10 pushups / 10 sit ups / 10 air squats

  1. Every 90 Seconds for 6 sets:

2 Strict press + 4 Push press

2. For time:

800 meter run

40 Burpee box jump overs
