Warm up: 2 minutes of jump rope / 15 Air squats / 20 back extensions

  1. Every 75 seconds for 10 sets:

Back squat x 1

2. For time:

100 Wall balls

50 Pullups

*Begin every 75 seconds starting at 0:00 with 20 Double unders
