Warm up: 3 minutes of: 5 front squats / 5 Jerks / 5 High pulls / 5 Pullups

3 Rounds for time:

300 meter run

5 Power clean and jerks

200 meter run

5 Power cleans

100 meter run

10 Muscle ups

*Increase load on the barbell every round
