Warm up: 3 Rounds: 10 Air squats / 10 med ball good mornings / 10 cal bike or row

  1. Back squat: 3 x 3 @ 90%

2. “12 Years”

12 Rounds for time:

12 Pullups or 12 burpees

12 Front squats 115 / 83
