Warm up of your choice
1. Handstand pushups: 3 sets of max reps
Rest 3 minutes between sets
2. For time:
50 Deadlifts @ 155 / 103 lbs
50 Toes to bar or 50 Glute ham sit ups
50 Box jumps @ 24/20″
50 Double unders
* Begin the workout with 10 burpees, at the 2 minute mark do 10 wallballs, at 4 minutes do 10 burpees, at 6 minutes do 10 wallballs. Continute alternating these movements every 2 minutes until you have completed the above 4 movements.
So it goes like this… 3,2,1, go: 10 burpees, start my deadlifts, I get through 32 deadlifts at the 2 minute mark, stop my deadlifts and do 10 wallballs, Get back on my deadlifts, make it through my deads and start my toes to bar. At 4 minutes I have done 20 toes to bar…stop and hit my burpees again, continue till the end. Got it?
I did this yesterday, so you can’t complain about doing burpees again.


5 minutes:
135 lb squat snatch x 6 every minute (all touch and go)
rest 2 minutes
5 minutes
165 lb squat snatch x 4 every minute
rest 2 minutes
5 minutes
185 lb snatch x 3 every minute
rest 2 minutes
5 minutes
205 lb snatch x 2 every minute
missed 4 reps during the 205 and made it up at the end. This crushed me.
