Warm up: 10 Good Mornings, 10 Single leg hip Bridges, 10 Empty bar Strict Press

  1. Work up to a max: Clean and Jerk (Squat and Split Jerk)

2. 6 Rounds for time:

5 Clean and Jerks (Squat and Split Jerk)

5 Handstand Push ups (make them hard)

5 Bar over Burpees
