Warm up: 400 Meter Run, 2 Rounds: 45 Sec Handstand Hold, 10 Back Extensions

  1. Every 90 Sec for 8 Sets:

1 Push Press + 2 Jerks

*Try to increase weight from last week*

2. As many Rounds as possible in 14 minutes:

7 Burpees

14 Power Wallballs

21 Double Unders
