Warm up: Plate raises / Band work / Empty barbell work

  1. Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

Odds: 2 Overhead squats

Evens: 2 Power snatches

2. For time:

50 Pushups

50 Sit ups

50 Air squats

500 Meter run
